SHARE YOUR STORY

Our state and federal legislators, as well as other governmental bodies, rely heavily on stories from patients and providers to (1) identify issues affecting our nation’s healthcare system and (2) find meaningful solutions to those issues, many of which will or have already required legislative reform. This is especially true in our industry, where little to a complete lack of transparency, among other systemic issues, has allowed Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) abuse to grow out of control while few people remain aware of it (check out my pharmacy's Advocacy page to learn more about this issue and how you can help combat it).

While my goal through the form linked below is to collect stories specifically about patients' mail order-related stories, there are several other ways that your personal accounts about struggling to access pharmacy care or challenges with your insurance can contribute to the insurance reform movement. Your response will help others, from patients to health professionals to our policy makers, understand why mail order is NOT the future of pharmacy in America.
